本APP核心功能为松阳城建相关信息智能问答、政策解读、业务答疑、文件及图片辅助处理，为官方城建信息服务工具。为保障基础功能正常使用，本APP部分功能需用户主动授权登录账号、设备相册文件、地理位置权限，所有权限均为按需申请、用户主动授权。本APP郑重声明：所有用户授权获取的信息、用户主动上传的文件图片、临时定位信息，仅用于实时功能服务，全程不会永久存储、不会主动上传备份、不会向第三方共享、转发用户任何信息。未授权情况下，基础问答功能可正常使用，无强制授权要求。
本APP部分功能需用户完成账号授权登录后方可使用，用户主动授权登录时，应用后台将按需获取登录所需的必要账号信息，仅用于完成用户身份核验、登录授权及后台权限管理。本APP不会主动收集用户手机号、姓名等额外个人信息，仅获取登录场景必需的账号标识数据。该类数据仅用于当次登录授权校验，登录完成后，不会在设备本地及云端永久留存，不用于任何数据分析、营销推送等其他用途。
为满足APP内文件解析、图片答疑、资料辅助处理的功能需求，用户可主动授权APP访问设备相册、本地文件权限。所有图片、文件均由用户自主选择、主动上传，APP仅实时读取用户选中的文件/图片用于即时答疑、解析处理。本APP严格承诺：不会自动扫描、读取用户设备内其他隐私文件，不会永久存储用户上传的图片、文件资料，不会将用户上传内容转发、同步至任何服务器及第三方平台。单次服务结束后，相关临时缓存数据将自动清空，无任何文件、图片数据留存。
为规范用户合法使用行为、落实服务区域合规管理，本APP需用户主动授权设备定位权限，用于识别用户使用区域、管控服务使用范围、防范违规使用行为。定位信息仅用于实时合规监管与区域权限校验，不会精准记录、永久存储用户地理位置，不会结合定位信息绘制用户画像、进行追踪分析，不会向任何第三方泄露、共享定位数据。用户可随时在设备系统设置中关闭定位权限，关闭后不影响基础城建问答功能使用。
本APP仅在用户主动授权的前提下，临时获取登录账号信息、设备相册文件、地理位置信息，所有获取的数据仅用于上述对应功能服务，绝不持有、留存用户长效数据。因此，本APP不存在向任何第三方个人、企业、机构共享、转让、出售或披露用户信息的行为。
本APP无第三方SDK、无广告插件、无数据统计工具、无第三方服务嵌入，不会出现任何第三方获取用户数据的情况，完全规避第三方隐私风险。
本APP所有数据、权限调用行为均仅用于为用户提供松阳城建政策咨询、智能问答、文件图片辅助解析、合规使用监管等核心服务。所有临时获取的账号信息、定位信息、用户上传文件图片，仅用于单次实时服务，不会用于后台数据分析、用户画像绘制、个性化广告推送、信息营销等额外商业用途，全程无违规数据滥用行为。
本APP面向全年龄段用户开放，无任何使用门槛。针对未成年人用户，本APP依旧严格执行零数据采集规则，不会收集任何未成年人个人信息，无任何不良信息推送，全力保护未成年人网络隐私与使用安全。监护人可放心让未成年人使用本APP查询城建相关信息。
用户拥有完整的权限管控与数据权利：可自主选择是否授权登录、相册文件、定位权限，可随时在手机系统设置中关闭对应权限；可自主选择是否上传文件、图片，自主终止账号登录状态。本APP无永久用户数据留存，无需用户进行信息删除、注销、清空记录等操作。用户可随时下载、安装、卸载、停止使用本APP，卸载APP后无任何用户个人数据、操作记录残留。
我们保留根据业务优化、法律法规及苹果平台规则更新本隐私政策的权利。若政策发生修订，我们将通过APP内公告、更新说明等方式告知用户，更新后的政策自发布之日起生效。用户持续使用本APP即视为认可更新后的隐私政策。

This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS mobile application of Songyang Construction Q&A (hereinafter referred to as the "APP"). This policy clearly and transparently explains the privacy processing rules of the APP to all users, protects the legitimate rights and interests of users, and fully complies with Apple App Store privacy review specifications and relevant national laws and regulations.

The core functions of this APP include intelligent Q&A of Songyang construction information, policy interpretation, business consultation, and auxiliary processing of documents and images, serving as an official construction information service tool. To ensure the normal operation of core functions, some functions require users to actively authorize account login, device album & file access, and geographic location permissions. All permissions are applied on demand and authorized voluntarily by users. The APP solemnly declares: All information obtained through user authorization, files and images actively uploaded by users, and temporary location information are only used for real-time functional services. The APP will not permanently store, actively back up, or share/forward any user information to third parties. Basic Q&A functions can be used normally without authorization, with no mandatory permission requirements.
Some functions of the APP require authorized account login. When users actively authorize login, the APP background will obtain necessary account information for identity verification, login authorization and background permission management. The APP will not actively collect additional personal information such as user phone numbers or names, only obtaining essential account identification data for login scenarios. Such data is only used for current login verification, and will not be permanently stored locally or in the cloud after login, nor used for data analysis, marketing push or other irrelevant purposes.
To meet the functional requirements of document parsing, image Q&A and data auxiliary processing in the APP, users may actively authorize the APP to access device albums and local files. All images and files are independently selected and actively uploaded by users. The APP only reads the selected files/images in real time for immediate Q&A and parsing processing. The APP strictly promises not to automatically scan or read other private files on the user's device, not to permanently store uploaded images and documents, and not to forward or synchronize uploaded content to any servers or third-party platforms. Temporary cache data will be automatically cleared after a single service with no residual files or images.
To standardize legal user behavior and implement regional service compliance management, the APP requires users to actively authorize location permission to identify user usage areas, control service scope and prevent illegal use. Location information is only used for real-time compliance supervision and regional permission verification. The APP will not accurately record or permanently store user geographic locations, will not draw user portraits or conduct tracking analysis based on location data, and will not disclose or share location information with any third parties. Users may turn off location permission in device system settings at any time, which will not affect the use of basic construction Q&A functions.
The APP only temporarily obtains account login information, album & file information and geographic location information with user active authorization, and all obtained data is only used for corresponding functional services, without long-term user data retention. Therefore, the APP does not share, transfer, sell or disclose any user information to third-party individuals, enterprises or institutions.
The APP does not integrate any third-party SDKs, advertising plugins, data statistics tools or third-party services, eliminating all risks of third-party access to user data.
All data and permission invocation behaviors of the APP are only used to provide core services including Songyang construction policy consultation, intelligent Q&A, document and image auxiliary parsing, and compliance usage supervision. All temporarily obtained account information, location information and user uploaded files/images are only used for single real-time services, and will not be used for background data analysis, user portrait creation, personalized advertising push, marketing or other additional commercial purposes, with no illegal data abuse.
The APP is open to all age groups with no usage thresholds. For minor users, the APP strictly adheres to the zero-data-collection rule, does not collect any personal information of minors, and pushes no inappropriate content, fully protecting minors' online privacy and usage security. Guardians can rest assured that minors use the APP to inquire about construction-related information.
Users have complete rights of permission control and data management: users may independently decide whether to authorize login, album/file and location permissions, and may turn off relevant permissions in device system settings at any time; users may independently choose to upload files and images and terminate account login status. The APP does not permanently store user data, so users do not need to delete, cancel or clear records manually. Users may download, install, uninstall or stop using the APP at any time with no residual personal data or operation records after uninstallation.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy according to business optimization, laws, regulations and Apple platform rules. If the policy is revised, we will notify users through in-app announcements or update notes, and the updated policy shall take effect upon release. Continued use of the APP by users shall be deemed as recognition of the updated Privacy Policy.
The APP only provides Q&A and consulting services for Songyang construction information, and all content is for reference only, not constituting official government conclusions, legal advice or handling basis. The APP strictly complies with privacy protection laws, regulations and Apple App Store review rules.
